Aitor Ruiz is a Law Graduate by the University of Deusto, major in Economy. Master in business administration, with his major in e-Business, by the European School of Business and University Studies (ESEUNE). He is also, Superior Technician in Prevention of Labour Risks, specialised in the branch of safety in the workplace. He is part of the group of “Facilitators for the Quality” of the Basque Foundation for the development of the Quality (EUSKALIT). At the present time he is part of the group of consultants of the Cluster of Self-propulsion of the Basque Country (ACICAE), centering its performance area in the Strategic Administration and in the Technology of the self-propulsion, where their work is specialised in Strategic Planning of Technology of the Basque sector of self-propulsion for the period 2004-2006, and the “Map B2B in self-propulsion”, on the use of the NTIC's in the sector and its influence in the relationship Client-supplier.
